Position Overview & Compensation

  • Hourly Wage: €17.22 per hour + attractive performance bonuses

  • Starting Location: Rudersberg, Germany

  • Employment Types: Permanent Part-Time (15–32 hours/week), Mini-Job (7 hours/week), or Working Student (15 hours/week)

  • Service Shifts:

    • Sunday to Thursday: 18:00 – 01:30

    • Friday to Saturday: 18:00 – 06:00

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

As a shuttle driver for Via, you will play a key role in improving public mobility options throughout the district. Main duties include:

  • Operating Tech-Driven Vehicles: Driving modern, comfortable corporate vehicles safely.

  • App-Based Assignments: Reviewing, accepting, and managing routing requests via our dedicated Driver app.

  • Punctual & Safe Transport: Picking up passengers on time and bringing them safely to their destinations.

  • Inclusivity Support: Assisting and supporting passengers with mobility impairments to ensure comfortable travel.

Requirements & Qualifications

We are looking for professional, friendly individuals who take pride in providing a top-tier passenger experience:

  • Driving Style: Good driving experience with a calm, defensive driving style.

  • Language Skills: Good German language proficiency (at least B2 level).

  • Flexibility: Absolute willingness to work evening, night, and weekend shifts.

  • Traits: Friendly demeanor, welcoming manners, and professional presentation.

  • Credentials: Valid driver’s license. Prior experience in passenger transport or holding a P-License is an advantage, but not required to start. You can apply first and complete your P-license training during the onboarding process.
