Available Job Positions
The resort is looking to fill three key roles within its front-of-house service team:

1 Maitre di Sala (Head Waiter / Restaurant Manager)

1 Chef de Rang (Front Server / Section Captain)

1 Commis de Rang (Assistant Server / Food Runner)

Job Requirements
Candidates should possess a passion for high-quality customer service and meet the following criteria:

Language Skills: Strong proficiency in the Italian language is strictly required for all positions. For the Maitre position, fluent English language skills are also required to handle international guests.

Education: A background or degree from a hospitality/hotel management school (scuola alberghiera) is highly preferred and valued, but it is not mandatory.

Traits: Professional demeanor, excellent teamwork skills, and a welcoming attitude appropriate for a high-end resort setting.
