Bamboo House Chinese Food in Calgary is looking for a dedicated Food Packer and Customer Service Representative to join their fast-paced restaurant environment. This part-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a keen eye for detail and food safety.

Core Responsibilities
You will be the primary point of contact for customers while ensuring that every order is handled with care:

Customer Support: Responding professionally to inquiries in person and over the phone regarding orders and product information.

Order Coordination: Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled on time.

Packaging & Quality: Assisting with the packaging process and verifying that all products meet quality standards.

Safety & Sanitation: Upholding high standards of cleanliness and following food safety protocols during all activities.

Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer feedback and interactions.
Requirements & Experience

Experience: Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred, though training will be provided for specific procedures.
