Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG), a leader in manual field data collection since 2017, is looking for responsible drivers to join a massive mapping project across Romania. You will be operating a vehicle equipped with a $360^{\circ}$ camera to capture high-quality images of streets, historical sites, and commercial districts to enhance one of the world’s most popular online maps.
Project Details

Objective: Collect street-level imagery and points of interest using vehicle-mounted camera systems.

Duration: The project is expected to last between 3 to 6 months.

Locations: Seeking drivers in Bucharest, Constanța, Cluj-Napoca, Bacau, Craiova, Sibiu, Timișoara, or Arad.

Schedule: Typically Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week (8 hours/day). Flexibility for weekend work may be needed due to weather conditions.
Your Responsibilities

Precision Driving: Follow specific routes to ensure total coverage of assigned areas.

Quality Control: Re-visit areas as needed to capture the best possible images during optimal weather.

Tech Management: Operate the onboard computer systems that store the $360^{\circ}$ data.

Reporting: Maintain clear communication and provide regular updates on project progress.
Requirements

Licensing: Must hold a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Local Expertise: A deep understanding of local roads, traffic trends, and the specific city area.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Gmail, Google Forms, Google Meet, and WhatsApp for daily operations.

Reliability: High level of responsibility and self-motivation; a private monitored parking space for the corporate vehicle is a major plus.

Availability: Must be able to commit to the project for at least 3 months.
